- All orders are processed within 3-5 business days before shipping.
- Custom orders may require additional time.

- Orders shipped to the USA may be subject to import duties and taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
- We are not responsible for customs delays.
2. Shipping for Digital Products (Crochet Patterns)
We sell our digital crochet patterns worldwide, including Canada, the USA, and Europe.
How Digital Products Are Delivered
- After purchasing, you will receive an email with a download link.
- If you don’t receive your file, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at [creationofmobius@gmail.com].
Processing & Delivery Time
- Digital products are available for download immediately after payment.
💡 No shipping fees apply to digital downloads.
3. Order Tracking (Physical Products Only)
- A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.
- You can track your order through Canada Post, USPS, or the selected carrier.
4. Lost or Delayed Shipments
- If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.
