Returns & Exchanges (Physical Products)
At Creation of Mobius, we take great care in crafting our handmade crochet and knit products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to assist you.
Return Eligibility:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom or personalized orders (including special colors or sizing).
- Final sale items.
- Digital crochet patterns (see below).
How to Request a Return:
- Email us at creationofmobius@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
- Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your item.
Refunds for Digital Products (Crochet Patterns)
All digital crochet patterns are non-refundable due to their instant-download nature. However, if you experience issues with your file (e.g., corrupt file or missing download link), please contact us at creationofmobius@gmail.com, and we’ll be happy to help.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
✔ A photo of the product & packaging
✔ Your order number
We will replace the item or issue a full refund based on the situation.
Cancellations
- We accept order cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.
- Once your order is processed or shipped, cancellations will no longer be possible.
